We want to give our exhibitors´ loyal customers and prospective clients the opportunity to be treated as VIPs and, in so doing, put them in the spotlight.

This free service will enable exhibitors to offer a Business Class Visitor Ticket to their "wish-list" of VIPs.

Once exhibitors have provided us with their list of VIPs, we will mail to them a personalised invitation to the Exhibition on their behalf, and follow up to ensure maximum response.

Once confirmed as attending the Event, VIPs will be treated to our outstanding personal service, including:

On Arrival

• VIPs will be fast-tracked through registration at our dedicated VIP Registration desk;
   

During the Event 

• Whenever possible, VIPs will be personally escorted to the exhibition area and brought directly to the exhibitors´ stand;
• A dedicated VIP area where VIPs will be entitled to complimentary tea and coffee;
• Invitation to attend evening reception.
   

After the Event

• If they consent, VIPs will be sent a host of valuable opportunities, such as free subscriptions to key media partner publications and discounts for other events we partner with;
• Once a VIP at our Event, always a VIP. We guarantee to keep VIPs abreast of our future events, promising to give them the best deals available as well as loyalty discounts for those visiting us again in subsequent shows.
