SDW Discounted Tickets

Some of our tickets for SDW are priced using a sliding scale, based on availability. When booking opens, you will see our latest price band and the number of tickets available at that price.

Discounted tickets include exactly the same benefits as fixed price tickets - so choose this option if the discounted ticket price at the time of purchase is less than your relevant fixed-price ticket.

All discounted tickets must be paid for by credit card at the time of purchase.
 

SDW Fixed-Price Tickets

If you wish to purchase a fixed-price ticket when booking opens, select the appropriate option and click Purchase to be taken to our booking process.

Please note that we reserve the right to require government or affliliated association members to provide evidence of their affiliation. All monies must be received by the day of the event.
 

Government Offers

We have amazing government offers this year to promote the SDW show as a truly international event.

• Heavily subsidised places for African, Latin American or Asian Government delegates.
• Government rate tickets include access to all DocEx 2017 conference sessions in addition to all other conference sessions.
   

What does my ticket include?

Your ticket (both discounted and fixed-price) includes access to all areas of the event. The only exception is that non-government attendees cannot attend any Government-only DocEx sessions.

Tickets include all refreshments and conference materials. Presentations will be video recorded and, where permitted, will be provided online shortly after the end of the event along with the Powerpoint presentations and other show information.
